  1. Standard Delivery: We ship to all major south Indian states; items purchased from site under standard delivery will be shipped to a point near to your address via our shipping partner. Our support team will follow up tight with you until your items reaches the delivery point safely and product is installed. You shall collect your item from pick up point to respective location.

  2. Home Delivery: This special feature is for those who don’t want to take chaos of going out and pick up the order from a pick up point. Our team shall bring your item to you doorstep. How easy it is!!!. Some extra charges may be applied depending to the delivery location.

  3. Time: Once the item is shipped from factory/warehouse logistics may take one week or less in usual, it might take longer during unforeseen matters.

  Return

  1. If any item is damaged during our transportation, it is auto eligible for a replacement after investigation on the subject. So customers are suggest taking images of the package before and during unboxing for your smooth claiming, if in case of any damage occurrence.

  2. Any damage that is caused intentionally or by unnatural way from customer end shall not be eligible for any claims.

  3. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and half. We’ll send you Return notification email to notify you once the return is initiated and completed.

  4. Once sold items shall not be eligible for cash return on any circumstances but replaced if eligible.
